UNCOVERING STYLE : : As we move our way through 2008 life becomes more and more mixed up with all cultures and all classes coming together to form a new eclectic style of life. Even the decay of the past plays a large role in what we see and perceive as normal routine.
It is fascinating at the genuine creativity in the world today to present visions of our world as it is perceived.
DOING WHAT IS NECESSARY : : My visions are only as good as the person perceiving them.
If you are bored or uninspired, my visions will be perceived as less than desirable.
If I have attracted your eye and your mind, then my visions are accomplishing their goals.
It is up to you, the visitor to determine how I have inspired you and either kept or discouraged your visit.
Because you want to be seen there has to be a better way to become visable. With everyone offering design services, it becomes difficult to choose the correct way to get on the net. In my experience it is about the money, not about the people offering the design.

Let's face it,
this is about you or your company being exposed to the world on the Internet. It is as simple as that. I become inundated with spam from would be designers who promise you the world and great exposure but miss the real point. Web design isn't about a template, a flash animation or the latest design, it is about you accomplishing your goal, what ever that is on the Internet. For business it is creating interest and selling products or services.
So you found a company or a neighborhood kid who does computer stuff and they build you a web site. Now what do you do? You could pay them 50 or a hundred dollars an hour to manage the web site. That gets expensive. Or you can do it the right way and speak with someone who is willing to take the time to work with you and discuss what you need on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. For small businesses, it doesn't take much effort to manage a web site nor does it take much effort to update it on a daily , weekly or monthly basis. So why would you pay an arm and a leg to do that? A lot of people and businesses do just that.
- Does the person or company interested in writing your web site know anything about your business?
- Has this person or company ever run a business successfully?
- Is this person willing to talk with you 24/7 so that they can understand the market you are trying to establish?
- Big companies hire I. T. people to create their web sites and maintain them on a 24 hour basis. You need that kind of attention also, don't you? Do you really want to pay tens of thousands of dollars a year to do that?
- If you hire the kid down the street, are they going to be there when you need them?
Can you answer all those questions to your satisfaction?
Here is the alternative. A flat rate to write and initiate the web site and a flat fee to manage it. That is how I do it. I will take all the pictures, create the graphics, write the code and help you accomplish whatever it is you desire.
